We are asking our lovely young patients to check out our 4 different cards below. Choose your favourites and download, colour them in and either drop it at the practice or get a grown up to scan and email them to pivotalhealthcleveland@outlook.com. We would love it if you could do more than one.
Spread the word to your friends, families and teachers, use this activity as a holiday or self isolation boredom buster!
A few days before Easter we will arrange for these cards to be emailed to the nursing homes where they will be printed and given to residents (to reduce the risk of contamination).
