Team Feedback
We would like to start a more formalised employment review process in the practice and to do this effectively we would like to obtain feedback from our entire team. We are looking for honest feedback that will remain confidential and we hope that by doing this we can create a more efficient and cohesive practice. There will be no negative disciplinary ramifications for your honesty. When convenient, could you please take some time to complete the feedback form in the link.
